Payment & Shipping:
Most items ship with UPS, Canada Post. There are some exceptions for expedited services you checkout with, we may switch the carrier during shipping time according to our delivery time schedules. If you have any questions about this point, please email us before checkout.
Shipping Policies:
- Please make sure that the item you are buying is what you need exactly.
- We charge actual shipping rates, Insurance is included. We factor zero
profit into our shipping prices.
- Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business day after cleared payment has
been received.
- All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will charge up to 20% for
(free shipping) listed items.
- We ship to any address in Canada, United States & worldwide.
Free shipping Exceptions:
Free shipping item/s do not apply to all Canadian destinations with postal codes starting from A0A through A2V, G0G, G4T, R0B, X0A through Y9Z. And do not apply to USA destinations to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Credit Card, Discover, American Express, Debit, PayPal, Cash & certified company checks in Canadian & U.S. Dollars Optional ( pre aproval is required). Orders are processed upon receipt of funds.
What if I can't be home to accept the delivery of my order?
If we cant deliver your order to your place of business, we will ask you to leave a note for our courier, indicating where you would like your shipment to be left. A signature is required under your and the instructions parcel will be waiting for you when you arrive!
Is there any way that I can save more money?
Ordering more than one item in a single purchase results in substantial savings. By combining your purchases into one, you save on overall shipping costs.
Taxes:
Shipments to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and will be charged 13% HST, to British Columbia 12% HST, to Nova Scotia 15% HST, elsewhere in Canada 5% GST.
No taxes will apply for USA orders.
Currency:
Our listed items build in Canadian $; US currency is variable.
