Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.   Returns   We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase as long as the item has not been removed from the original packaging. Once the item is removed from the original packaging and installed in your application, it cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item within 15 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a refund according to the terms listed below, or a credit toward the purchase of another item. All returned merchandise must be unused in original condition and original packaging. There is no return credit for shipping charges. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Refunds are administered based on the returned items condition. Products must be in the original packaging. The product and the packaging must arrive in brand new condition without any damage or markings on the packaging so that the product can be resold. Max AirFlow Ltd.  & maxwaterflow.com reserve the sole right to determine, at their discretion, the fair refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned. MaxWaterFlow.com  will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds. If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you. If freight is being returned after it has been received by customer, customer will be responsible for any damage to freight at cost. If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will send you the correct item once receive the wrong item at no additional shipping cost, and we will pay up for return shipping via Regular Ground with proof of shipping cost "receipt copy". Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.  Warranties. Unless otherwise stated, Max Water Flow warrants water systems against any defects for one year period of time after the original date of consumer purchase on new water systems and 90 days on all other repairs. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or miss-use. Warranty cover parts and in-shop labor only. We offer only15 days manufacturing defect warranty on electrical power supplies & transformers, no claims will be accepted afterwards. No warranty on electrical or water system parts installed by end user. Should the product become defective during the term of the warranty, we will repair or replace, provide defective unit is returned to us, fright pre-paid to Max Water Flow, 235 Rayette Road Unit #4, Concord, Ontario L4k 5J2. Repair of replacement are guaranteed through the end of the original warranty.   Shipping Policy   Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.   Taxes    Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other provinces, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.   Typographical Errors  by  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
