- Fully Automated 2300 GPD Commercial Maple Syrup RO System (220V/1P/60HZ) including 1 Membrane XLP - 4040 104303
- Including 20" x 4.5" 2-stage whole house water filter system to purify the incoming water/maple sap before feeding the Reverse osmosis system.
* The system's production capacity depends on factors such as the selected membrane type, temperature, and the membrane's condition and lifespan. With the XLP-4040 membrane, the system can achieve a maximum capacity of 2,300 GPD, and a minimum of 1,500 GPD when processing maple sap.
* If this system will be used for other applications and your water contains iron, we recommend adding the optional Iron filtration system to the pre-supplied setup. This will help prevent premature wear on your rotery pump. The suggested filter is the 103191~104121 1-Stage 20"x 4.5" Whole House Big Blue Iron/Manganese, Sulfur, and Hydrogen Sulfide Water Filter.
* If your water is not chlorinated, you should add a UV light to control the algae growing in the RO system: 105045 UV Sterilizer 12 GPM Home Whole House Water Filter Sterilizer Ultraviolet Light
