55 W UV bulb for 12 GPM P# 105083 or 24 GPM P# 105086
55W Replacement UV Lamp for 12 GPM Water Sterilizer
Restore the treatment performance of your compatible ultraviolet water sterilizer with this 55-watt replacement UV lamp.
This lamp is designed for compatible 12 GPM UV systems and selected Max Water ultraviolet sterilizer models. UV lamps gradually lose germicidal output over time, even when they continue to produce visible light, so regular replacement is important for proper system performance.
Compatible Systems: Designed for use with compatible Max Water UV sterilizer systems, including product numbers 105083 and 105086, according to the lamp configuration of the unit.
Important for System 105086: The 24 GPM, 110V dual-lamp UV system requires two replacement lamps. Order a quantity of two when replacing both lamps in that system.

Replacement Guidelines
- Disconnect electrical power before servicing the UV system
- Shut off the water supply and relieve system pressure if required
- Allow the old lamp to cool before removal
- Do not touch the glass portion of the new lamp with bare hands
- Use clean gloves or a soft, lint-free cloth during installation
- Inspect and clean the quartz sleeve while replacing the lamp
- Confirm that all O-rings and seals are correctly positioned
- Verify that the lamp and ballast operate correctly after installation
UV Safety Warning: Never look directly at an operating UV lamp. Ultraviolet light can damage the eyes and skin. Operate the lamp only inside the properly assembled UV reactor chamber.
Lamp-Life Notice: A UV lamp may still appear illuminated after its effective germicidal output has declined. Replace the lamp according to the recommended maintenance interval, even if visible light is still present.
