3-Stage Whole House/Cottage Water Filter

Our 10” Standard Whole House is a cost effective for smaller spaces such as RV's, apartments, cottages and any other light duty applications where space is at a premium. This system will not disinfect water should only be used in areas where the water supply is biologically safe, or in conjunction with a UV sterilizer or other disinfection techniques.

If you have a larger home/cottage or have more than 2 people using the water consistently, you may want to consider looking at some of our higher capacity systems.

Note: Our Cation Resin Filters are best suitable for areas with mildly hard water, areas with moderate to severe hard water will deplete the filters quite often. Resin filters can be regenerated, but if you have very hard water, a dedicated water softener may actually be more cost effective in the long run.

Arrived on schedule. All installations are site specific. Mine was replacing a water softener. Just re-routing CPVC pipe and installing shut off valves to include a by-pass for emergency use. The most difficult part was purchasing reducer/adapter fittings to accommodate the water pressure 1/4" male connection to my 3/4" CPVC pipe. Having a 16" pair of channel locks and a 10" pair of vice-grips were a big help to tighten the adapters 3/4" to 1/2" to 1/4" for the water pressure meters. No one seem to carry a female 1/4" to 3/4" male fitting (brass or CPVC) Had no choice but to covert from 1/4" male on the water pressure gage, to 1/4" female brass to 1/2" female (no male available) adapter, then 1/2" male to 3/4" CPVC adapter. Used 3/4" brass/CPVC male thread to connect to filter in and out connections. The rest of theCPVC was 3/4" with 3 - 3/4" shut off valves. One for the by-pass and one each on the inlet and outlet side of the filter. Took me about 3 hours due to having to remove the water softener. Noticed right away the water was much clearer and tasted better. The water softener was less than 2 years old and was functioning normally. Wanted to reduce the sodium intake and the slippery feeling with the use of the water softener. Not to mention the bags of salt required and then the brine discharge.
