Please note that some of our systems are designed as DIY - do it yourself, therefore there should not be any costs associated with removal or installation of these systems.

the item has not been removed from the original packaging. Once the item is
removed from the original packaging and installed in your application, it
cannot be returned.

For free shipping items, the customer has to cover

possible in determining variable refunds.
If, though, the refund amount isn't acceptable to you, you have the option to
pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you. Usually, the deduction will be between 15 to 30% and depend on the customer address or item location we shipped to.
if the shipment return back from outside of Canada, the sender is responsible for all returns and clearing agency cost, customer clearance and taxes, if the sender did not cover that, we will deduct all the extra charges from the customer during the refund.
A minimum 10% Restocking Fee will apply if the Customer did not protect the item properly well during the return process and in case of shipping damages caused, we evaluate the damage with the carrier and then report the buyer to file a claim for the damage. in case you are returning the item because there was damage in it and you failed to report us first, you can ask later ( after the return) that it was damaged since you received it, when you received any damaged item we file a claim immediately with the shipper and solve your problem.
The buyer will be fully responsible for the return cost if received a damaged item(s) and refuses to get a replacement or exchange and at this point the will be considered as a buyer return.
Customers; always buy shipping insurance when you ship the item back to us so the insurance can cover the shipping damage) follow the standard wrapping protection so the carrier will accept your claim.
If freight is being returned after it
has been received by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any damage to
freight at cost.
We are not responsible for the Canadian side brokerage fees for international returns, ask you, shipper, to cover that when you are printing the shipping label.
If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will
send you the correct item once receive the wrong item at no additional shipping
cost, and we will pay up for return shipping via Regular Ground with proof of
shipping cost "receipt copy".
Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping the damage will be handled the same as a return.
Special custom made or build systems
are subject to an additional 15% to 25% management & restocking fees from the day
the customer places the order regardless of the system shipped or still in our
