Payment & Shipping:
Most items ship with UPS, Canada Post, and USPS. There are some exceptions for expedited services you checkout with. We may switch the carrier during shipping time according to our delivery time schedules. If you have any questions about this point, please email us in advance. Please always checkout with the lowest shipping cost, We will not make any refunds when we switch the carrier. We use multiple carriers as some of them competitive in certain arias while other is not. So always select the lowest cost.  

Shipping Policies:

- Please make sure that the item(s) you are buying is what you need exactly.

- We charge actual shipping rates; insurance is included. We factor zero profit into our shipping prices.

- We Exclude free shipping items from the order's total shipping cost calculations.

- Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. This applies to each and every order, regardless of the shipping method you choose.

- We upload the tracking numbers within 24 to 48  hours.  The actual package pickup will be after the handling time (1-2 business days) regardless of the shipping service you chose.

- The delivery date should be calculated after the pick up date, depending on the service you choose.




To avoid any delays, please note that the express and 3-day select shipping services are not applied to the items that are on the free shipping promotion. When any of these services are chosen on a multiple item order, including free shipping promotion item(s), we will charge you the shipping charge difference for the free shipping item(s). The order will remain on hold until the additional service charges received.  reset shipping and handling days will remain same as default.  


Free shipping Exceptions:

Free shipping item/s do not apply to all Canadian destinations with postal codes starting from (A0A through A2V), (G0A through G9Z), R0B, (X0A through Y9Z). And we do not apply to USA destinations to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How do I pay for my Online order?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, Discovery & certified company cheques in Canadian (U.S. funds optional). Orders are processed upon receipt of funds.

What if I can't be home to accept the delivery of my order?
If we can't deliver your order to your place of business, we will ask you to leave a note for our courier, indicating where you would like your shipment to be left. A signature is required and the instructions parcel will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Is there any way that I can save more money?
Ordering more than one item in a single purchase results in substantial savings. By combining your purchases into one, you save on overall shipping costs. 



Shipments to Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland will be charged 13% HST, to Nova Scotia 15% HST, elsewhere in Canada 5% GST.  
No taxes will apply for USA orders.
