Hi Max Water Thank you, for safely packing my order for super speedy delivery to me! Your water filter is fine. I'll definitely buy more of these from you. However, the shower filter, I'm not so sure about. In the past, I've purchased from several different manufacturer's for this type of shower filters and have encountered varying results - from good, to okay, to bad. I can tell you that my favorite shower filters are; Rain shower'd (I think that's it name) and Aquasmart out in British Columbia. Your shower filter does work, but like I said, those 2 that I've mentioned above are my absolute favorites though! I think it's just MY personal preference, nothing more. Thanks again, Jacqui.

Water Systems Installer

I have been working with municipal water authorities globally for decades and your tap water is controlled and regulated. Bottled water is not controlled and regulated to the same degree as your tap water. Municipal tap water treatment processes do not treat water to the same degree as micro filtration systems installed in homes. These in home systems supplied by Maxwaterflow, remove harmful contaminents such as trace chemicals and pharmaceuticals resulting in pure H2O. It is cost prohibitive to have this type of treatment on full scale municipal water plants. If you want the best controlled water source and the degree of treatment to produce pure H20 it is highly adviseable to purchase an in house reverse osmosis filtration system from Maxwaterflow. I have installed various sytems from Maxwaterflow and they are reliable,simple and sustainable systems. Please contact me if you are interested in installing a Maxwaterflow system. The product works exactly as advertised and was relatively easy to install. The customer service was great as I had many questions during installation. I've been using the system for several months now and I'm very happy with it. It was easy to install and I only had to purchase a couple of fittings since my house uses PEX lines, not copper. It took me a bit to figure out what the instructions meant, but once understood, the actual installation was simple. I love the water produced, and so do my houseplants!!!!!

The system works properly only after i fixed it. I figured out that one of the filters was connected the wrong way. The company didn't include easy step by step instructions. That was also a pain. Also, it would have been nice to supply a piece of Teflon tape for the pipes to stop the leaking.

I ordered, picked up and installed the 8 stage alkaline mineral infrared reverse osmosis water system. It was easy to install as there were clear instructions and guidelines. It works smoothly and the water is clean, pure and tasty. I suggest that a saddle valve may be included for connecting to the tap water. Any ways thanks to the Max Water for providing us the clean and tasty drinking water.
