Shipping Policy

More about Shipping: Most items ship with FedEx, UPS, and some others with Canada Post, and USPS. There are some exceptions for expedited services you checkout with. We may switch carriers during shipping time according to our delivery time schedules. If you have any questions or concerns about this point, please email us in advance before placing the order.

Please always check out with the lowest shipping cost, We will not make any refunds when we switch carriers. We use multiple carriers as some of them are competitive in certain arias while other is not. So always select the lowest cost.

Shipping Policies:

- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed.

- We charge actual shipping rates that include insurance and with no profit margin.

- Orders with Free Shipping are excluded on certain postal codes. We will inform you via call/email and request for the additional surcharge amount. We can cover up to 12% of the cost of your ordered items most of the time.

- Free shipping is not available for certain postal codes, including those in Canada starting with A0A through A2V, G0A through G9Z, R0B, and X0A through Y9Z, as well as in the United States for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Please check this table to verify if your postal code is eligible.

- Free shipping items are excluded from the total shipping cost calculation for orders.

- Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment being received, but additional processing time of up to 2 business days may be required due to the Covid pandemic.

- Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 to 48 hours of your order being shipped.

- The delivery date will depend on the shipping service chosen and calculated from the pick-up date.

- It is important to provide the correct delivery address. Any demurrage costs incurred due to an incorrect address will be under the responsibility of the buyer.

- If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, they will return it to the sender and the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping and return costs.
