The base configuration does not include a storage tank or drinking-water faucet. These items must be selected separately if you require a complete drinking-water system.
Customize Your Own Drinking-Water Reverse Osmosis System
Build a reverse osmosis system that matches your specific application. The base configuration includes the system shown in the product image, three pre-filters, one 50 GPD RO membrane, and one inline post-carbon filter.
Additional options may include higher-capacity membranes, extra filtration stages, DI filtration, TDS meters, pressure gauges, booster pumps, storage tanks, faucets, upgraded tubing, and other accessories. The final price will vary according to the options selected at checkout.

Optional Parts and Accessories
- Dual Inline TDS Meter: Part No. 105766 . Measures TDS at two points, allowing you to compare incoming and treated water and monitor system performance.
- Pressure Gauge: Part No. 105246 . Monitors feed-water pressure entering the membrane. A noticeable pressure drop may indicate that the pre-filters are becoming clogged and require replacement.
- Manual Flush Kit: Part No. 105126 . Allows the membrane to be flushed manually, helping remove accumulated solids and support membrane performance. A different flush arrangement may be used for 180 GPD systems or systems equipped with a permeate pump.
- Pressurized Storage Tank: Select this option when you want purified water stored and ready for on-demand use.
- Drinking-Water Faucet: Select a faucet when adding a storage tank or when the system will be used as a standard under-sink drinking-water system.
- DI and Dual-Outlet Configurations: When a DI filter and inline carbon filter are selected, the system may be assembled with a single series outlet or with separate drinking-water and DI-water outlets.
- With the dual-outlet upgrade, the DI stage is connected in parallel. The second DI outlet can be controlled manually with an inline ball valve or automatically with a float valve. The drinking-water faucet line is normally routed through the inline carbon filter, while the DI line bypasses the post-carbon stage unless a different arrangement is requested.
- Booster Pump Kit: Includes a booster pump and transformer together with a high-pressure shut-off switch .
- 3/8-Inch Output-Line Upgrade: This upgrade replaces the compatible faucet connector, inline post-carbon fittings, tank fitting, and output tubing with 3/8-inch components where applicable.
- The upgrade includes two 4-foot lengths of 3/8-inch tubing. The remaining tubing colours are supplied as two 4-foot lengths of 1/4-inch tubing, for a total tubing length of approximately 16 feet. If a tank or faucet is not selected, the related 3/8-inch fittings will not be included.
Booster-Pump Recommendation: For membrane capacities of 150 GPD or higher, we strongly recommend adding a booster pump to help achieve the system's rated output. Actual production depends on feed-water pressure, temperature, water quality, membrane type, and membrane condition.
System Specifications
- Available with multiple membrane capacities from 50 GPD up to 200 GPD, depending on the selected configuration.
- A properly installed DI stage can reduce product-water TDS to approximately 0 ppm under suitable conditions. DI resin life depends on the RO-water TDS, water usage, and resin capacity.
- Suitable for drinking water, coffee and tea preparation, food preparation, aquariums, hydroponics, laboratory support, dental equipment, and other applications requiring low-TDS water.
- Reverse osmosis can reduce a broad range of dissolved minerals and other contaminants. Actual reduction varies by contaminant, feed-water chemistry, pressure, temperature, membrane type, and system configuration.
- Approximate product-to-waste-water ratio: 1:2 to 1:2.5
- Approximate dimensions: 15 in. L × 6 in. D × 15.5–17 in. H
- Approximate starting weight: 16 lb. Weight increases according to the selected membrane, pump, tank, and accessories.
- Operating-water temperature: 40–104°F
- Recommended operating pressure: 45–80 PSI
- Standard installation components are included according to the selected system configuration.
Low-Pressure Installation: If the incoming water pressure is below 45 PSI, add a booster pump and a high-pressure shut-off switch.
High-Pressure Installation: If the incoming water pressure exceeds 80 PSI, install a pressure regulator and adjust the pressure to approximately 60–65 PSI.
Water-Safety Notice: This system is intended only for use with a microbiologically safe water supply. Do not use it to treat water of unknown biological quality without suitable disinfection before or after the system.
Performance Notice: Membrane output, contaminant reduction, TDS reduction, and waste-water ratios are approximate and may vary depending on feed-water pressure, temperature, pH, TDS, contaminant concentration, membrane model, membrane age, DI resin condition, and installation conditions.
